Pirates & Fairies Literacy + Musical Theatre Adventure

Set sail on a swashbuckling voyage where daring pirates hunt for hidden treasure—only to find clever mermaids and whimsical fairies standing in their way! In this immersive camp, we blend literacy fundamentals with the magic of the stage to spark creativity, confidence, and lifelong reading—and writing—skills.

Who’s Invited?
Little Buccaneers (Ages 5–8):

• Phonics foundations & letter sounds

• Spelling practice through playful pirate-themed word games

• Vocabulary building with mermaid & fairy tales

• Prop making, Map making, costumes, crafts, games, etc.

What We’ll Explore

Phonics & Spelling: Build reading confidence and master spelling rules.

Playwriting & Stagecraft: Craft your own mini-musical, from pen-to-performance.

Creative Games & Team Challenges: Learn teamwork with treasure hunts, improv rounds, and literacy puzzles.

Prop-Making Studio: Design and construct pirate hats, mermaid wands, and puppets.

Fluency & Expression: Practice voice projection, character accents, and emotional storytelling.

Vocabulary & Comprehension: Dive deeper into texts with guided discussions and reading circles.

Grand Finale Showcase: Thursday at 12:30 PM

Invite family and friends to our on-stage performance—complete with costumes, props, and original scripts! Watch your child shine as they bring pirate quests and fairy magic to life.
