Ideal Candidate:

🌟 Experienced Principal, Vice Principal, or Educational Leader

🌟 Bachelor’s in Education (Master’s or Admin Credential preferred)

🌟 3–5 years leadership experience in a school or learning center

🌟 Strong grasp of California education standards and holistic learning approaches

🌟 Background in multi-grade supervision (TK–12 preferred)

What You’ll Do:

✔️ Manage daily facility setup and cleanup (indoor & outdoor)

✔️ Support students and teachers with classroom materials and transitions

✔️ Set up outdoor play areas (Gaga pit, 9-square, recess spaces)

✔️ Organize and maintain supplies and site cleanliness

✔️ Monitor student safety and well-being during break and playtime

✔️ Assist with planning and supporting school events
