Gabriela Rivera is a true fiber arts enthusiast with a knack for creativity and a flair for sewing. With a degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design under her belt, Gabriela kicked off her career in the world of PR and marketing with none other than the legendary fashion brand, Carolina Herrera. But her real passion lies in sharing the art of sewing with others.

Since 2011, Gabriela has been on a mission to inspire both adults and kids by teaching every sewing technique you can think of. As the former education director of a sewing school that worked with over 45 schools, she’s trained countless staff members and sparked a love for creativity in students across the board.

Gabriela’s expertise doesn't stop at teaching—she’s also had the fun and exciting opportunity to consult with award-winning cosplayers, helping them bring their wild and wonderful costume ideas to life. Whether she's leading a class, crafting a masterpiece, or collaborating on cosplay, Gabriela is all about helping people express themselves through the art of sewing.
