We are expanding for Fall 2023-Spring 2024 and Hiring for the following Positions!

  1. Science Teacher Assistant / Intern

    (No teaching experience needed. You will be trained and taught on the job. You need to have an educational background in science. Love children, and love to teach with a positive attitude and excitement for learning and education. Self-motivated, and show initiative.

  2. Math/Language Arts Teacher 4th grade (2 days a week TUE & FRI)

  3. Math/Economics Teacher Middle School 7th-8th grade (2 days a week TUE & FRI)

  4. Math/English Language Arts/ IEW Teacher Middle School 7-8th grade (2 days a week MON & THU)

  5. English Language Arts/ Literature/ IEW Teacher Middle School 7-8th grade (2 days a week MON & THU)

You should be a self-motivated and experienced Teacher to join our qualified team of educators. 

As a Teacher, you will be responsible for planning educational curriculum and activities. Our program puts the interest of the students first and we want to provide an education that is challenging and innovative. All of our classes are hands on with projects, asking students to apply multiple skills. Our motto is that education should be so fun that they don’t even know they are learning. Cultivating the students’ interest and love in education and development. Your responsibilities will include planning educational curriculum, activities, and projects.

You should be a competent professional with in-depth knowledge of teaching and how to connect to students. In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding presentation and interpersonal abilities. We are a very small faculty and work closely as a team.

Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, assignments, and projects based on the multi-grade level structure. We do not follow regular grade levels but more of abilities and levels students place in.

  • Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.

  • Organize, plan, and prepare curriculum, supplies and resources for lessons activities and projects. 

  • Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.

  • Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports.

  • Attend parent-teacher meetings conferences. 

  • Evaluate and document students’ progress.

  • Allocate and grade homework, assignments, and tests if applicable.

Teacher Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education.

  • CA state credential, This may be waived depending on experience or out of state credential.

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a teacher. -Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • This is a part time position could be 1 days or max 4 days a week. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Compensation is 1099 and Dependent on Experience. No health benefits.
