Amy Shoukry

K/1 Science and History Teacher

Miss Amy has always had a passion for learning and education. She first fell in love with teaching in Kindergarten when she would come home from school and share the things she had learned with her younger siblings.

She graduated and obtained her multiple subject teaching credential from CSU Stanislaus. She taught in public elementary schools in the Bay Area before starting her own family. Miss Amy homeschooled her 3 children during their elementary school years while living in the greater Seattle area. She chaired a Destination Imagination Program, completed Music Together Teacher Program, helped start a Lego League Team, and was an assistant martial arts instructor.

Miss Amy relocated to Mission Viejo with her family in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys supporting her children’s band and robotics programs, traveling with her family, amusement parks, and casual games of pickleball with her neighbors.
